The details

Ownership

The Florence name, logo, app, website, and all associated design, text, graphics, icons, and software are the property of Florence and are protected by Australian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing on Florence transfers any of that ownership to you.

What you can't do

Your content

You retain ownership of the profile information, photos, and other content you upload to Florence. By submitting it, you grant Florence a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display that content within the platform for the purpose of building your profile and connecting you with matches. We don't sell or license your content to third parties.
