Billing questions
Is there a joining fee?
No. There is no separate one-time joining fee. You pay USD $5 for your first month, then USD $12 per month.
How does billing work?
Membership renews automatically each month on the same date until you cancel. On iPhone, payment is taken by Apple through your App Store account. On Android, it is charged to the card you save in the app.
How do I cancel?
On Android, open the Subscription screen in the app and tap Cancel Subscription. On iPhone, cancel in your Apple ID subscription settings. You can cancel at any time.

What about extra profiles?
If you are registering on behalf of a family member, an additional profile is a separate purchase. The price is shown in the app before you pay.
